NAOMI, was born in Japan and moved to Hanoi where she has been learning for the lacquer painting at Vietnam University of Fine Arts since 2000. She started practicing yoga in 2012 while working at the Urban Railway construction project office in Hanoi. In 2013, she slowly discovered Ashtanga yoga and often went abroad to Asian countries such as Japan and India to practice it. After leaving her job, she started teaching at Zenith Yoga Hanoi in 2014. In 2016 and 2017, she practiced under R. Sharath Jois at KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Then, she will continue to take a long journey of ashtanga yoga in the future. She is interested in chanting, Sanskrit, and yoga philosophy, which she continues to practice and study in her daily life.
She creates original yoga goods called KAMALAM (louts flower in Sanskrit).
